Reports give you visibility into the fundraising data you collect through your GoFundMe Pro campaigns. From transaction data to supporter records, you can use reports to check on the health and growth of your organization.
Anyone with access to your account can create reports that only they can see. To share reports, they'll need Supporter Manager and Data Exporter access.

Create a report
There are two ways to create reports in GoFundMe Pro:
Directly from a page
Most pages in your GoFundMe Pro account display data. You can create a report with the data while on the page. This method is a good option when creating a report from scratch because it allows you to customize your report right away.
Using a template
Select General Reports in your menu and then Recommended Reports to create reports from templates. Unlike the previous method, templates come with preset filters that surface useful data, such as returning donors.
No matter which method you choose, you'll be able to customize filters, columns, and date ranges. We'll explain how in the rest of this article.
Set a date range
You can set a date range to see data across different periods.
- Select the Date filter
- Set your date or date range
- Select Apply
Apply filters
Filters allow you to narrow down the information in your report. You can create filters using different properties, such as campaign IDs, transaction types, and more.
To apply filters:
- Select Advanced
- Set the rules for your filter
- Select Add Filter to add more filters
- Select Apply

Customize columns
Your GoFundMe Pro reports display data in a table. You can add, remove, and sort the columns to control what you see.
Add or remove columns
- Select Columns
- Mark the checkboxes for columns you want to add
- Unmark the checkboxes for columns you want to remove
- Select Apply
Sort columns
To sort the table using a column, select the header of the column you want to sort by. For instance, this would let you sort a column of names from A-Z or Z-A.
To reorganize the order of columns, select a column header and then drag it to where you want it, or reorganize the order by selecting Columns.
Custom questions
If you ask custom questions in your GoFundMe Pro campaigns, you can display the answers in your reports. These questions appear in checkout flows and allow you to learn more about donors or collect relevant information, such as a T-shirt size for your events.

Save your report
To save your report, select Save to My Reports. You can access saved reports by selecting General Reports and then My Reports in your menu. When you save a report, it will only be visible to you. For others to see your report, you'll need to share it or export it.
Common reports
There are a lot of possibilities when it comes to building reports. To help you get started, here are some reports that are used often:
Frequently asked questions
How do I edit a saved report?
You can edit saved reports under My Reports. Learn how to Access saved reports.
Do saved reports update by themselves?
Yes, saved reports will display the latest data in your account. However, there are two exceptions:
- Reports with a specific date range will not display the latest data unless you update the date range.
- When you share a report via a link, the shared version will not update. To share the latest data, you'll need to select the share icon and send the link again.
