Pull a report of donors

Building the report
To pull a list of supporters from a campaign, you’ll need to create a transaction report. To do so:
- Go to Transactions and Transaction History
- Select the Campaigns filter to choose your specific campaign
- Select the Advanced filter menu and add the following filter:
Transaction Type is equal to Donation or Offline donation
- Add any other filters or columns you need
- Select Add to my reports to save the report. Or, share the report with others by exporting it as a CSV
Pull donors from multiple campaigns
To build a report of donors from multiple campaigns you will also create a transaction report. But, instead of selecting one campaign in the Campaigns filter, you will use the Advanced filter menu to choose multiple campaigns. To do so:
- Copy the campaign IDs of your campaigns to include
- Select the Advanced filter menu and use the Campaign ID property
- Search for, or paste, each campaign ID separately to add the campaigns
Tips and best practices
Create reports in advance
If you have an upcoming campaign that isn’t published, you can still create and save the report in advance to save time later. Saved reports update automatically and pull in the latest data. That means your saved report will pull in data whenever you publish your campaign and start recruiting donors.
Create a report for giving season
You can build and save a transaction report to reference throughout giving season. Select your end-of-year campaign, or use the Advanced filters to select multiple campaigns. Then, filter the dates to Giving Tuesday through New Year’s Eve.
