My reports

You can also access any of your saved reports at any time. Select Reporting > My Reports in your account menu to do so.

Reading reports

There are two ways to create reports on GoFundMe Pro. You can create reports directly from menu pages, or you can select templates from General Reports > Recommended Reports. Once you create and save a report, you can select Reporting > My Reports to view any reports you saved.

Roll-up boxes

Reports comprise two parts. The first part includes the roll-up boxes that appear at the top of a report. These boxes roll-up or summarize a report and its key information.

The roll-up boxes that display depend on the report type. For example, the information in a campaign report and a supporters report differs. So, the roll-up boxes and their summaries differ.

Note: Filters also affect roll-up boxes. We recommend checking your filters to ensure they do not muddle the data in your roll-up boxes.

List view

The second part of a report is the list view. This view contains the actual rows and columns of information in a report.

Sort rows

To sort the rows, select a column header. For example, selecting a column with text like campaign names would sort by A-Z and then Z-A order. Selecting a column with numbers would sort from lowest-highest and then highest-lowest.

Rearrange columns

To rearrange the columns, drag and drop the column header to the desired location.

Access more details

Select the ID number in a list to see more details. The details that appear depend on the type of report you’re viewing. For example, selecting a Transaction ID number in a Transaction History report would open that transaction’s details.

Filters and columns

To see the filters applied to a report, or to apply more filters, select Advanced.

Additionally, selecting Columns allows you to add or remove columns to the report and reposition existing columns.

Reports share many filters and columns, but they also have a few unique ones. Reviewing the definitions for filters and columns can help you as you read reports.

Connected accounts: roll-up reporting

Connected Accounts allow you to see data and perform actions across multiple GoFundMe Pro accounts. This is a good option if your organization operates multiple GoFundMe Pro accounts (example: having various accounts for different chapters in your organization).

Filter for Accounts

When you access a report, the Account filter shows all accounts you have an admin role for.

Select the dropdown to see a list of the accounts. Then select the checkboxes for the accounts that have the data you want to view.

Roll-up Reporting

When you mark a checkbox, the data for that account will appear in the roll-up boxes at the top of your data. These boxes roll-up or summarize your data and its key information.

Note: Filters also affect roll-up boxes. We recommend checking your filters to ensure they do not muddle the data in your roll-up boxes. To learn more about using filters, view our guide on creating reports.

Record Details

The data for any selected accounts will also appear in the record or list of information on the page. If you select an individual record in the list, you can see its details. Example: on the Campaigns page, you can see a list of campaigns from multiple accounts. Selecting a campaign will display its details.

Note: When you select an individual record or item in a list, you'll be taken to the account that it belongs to.

Common reports

There are a lot of possibilities when it comes to building reports. To help you get started, here are some reports that are used often:
