Pull a report of custom question responses

Learn how to pull a report of your donors’ custom question responses from specific campaigns.

Build a report with custom questions

To pull a report with custom question responses, you’ll need to add the questions as columns. You can add custom questions to transaction, attendee, fundraising page, and fundraising team reports.

To pull a report with custom questions:

  1. Go to the menu page with the report type you want. For example, Transactions > Transaction History
  2. Select the Campaign filter and your campaign with the questions
    • This ensures your report only includes responses from relevant supporters
  3. Select Columns and Custom Questions
  4. Mark the checkboxes for the custom questions you want to add
    • Drag columns to reorder them or select the X to remove one

  1. Apply your changes
  2. Select Add to my reports to save the report. Or, share the report with others by exporting it as a CSV
A custom question must be turned on or added to the campaign to show in the report.
