Access saved reports

Sign up for GoFundMe Pay to unlock this feature if it's not in your GoFundMe Pro account.

Access saved reports

  1. In your GoFundMe Pro account, select General Reports and My Reports
  2. Locate the report you want to edit
  3. Select the report to open it and make edits

Edit a saved report

For help editing the report, we recommend our guide on creating reports. It will help you apply filters and columns to surface the info you need.

Filter by date

  1. On the Reports page, select the report you want to create
  2. Select the Date Filter

Note: The Date Filter is labeled Transaction Date in Transactions Reports. It is labeled Created Date in the other General Report templates.

  1. Use the settings to adjust the date filter to either an Exact date, Is before, Is on or after, or Is between
  2. Set the date or date range you want to apply to your report

Relative Dates

Use the Relative tab to quickly set a relative date range. You can also select the Custom option to create a custom date range.

Delete a saved report

  1. In your GoFundMe Pro account, select General Reports and My Reports
  2. Locate the report you want to edit
  3. Select the dropdown caret on the report to rename it or delete it

Duplicate a saved report

  1. In your GoFundMe Pro account, select General Reports and My Reports
  2. Locate the report you want to edit
  3. Select the report to open it
  4. Select the duplicate icon
