Timezone

The time zone you choose will become the default setting for your entire account. That means anyone who has access to your account will see reports displayed in the selected time zone. We recommend choosing the time zone that helps keep your reports and finance teams organized.

For example, if your Development and Finance teams are located in Pacific Time, consider setting that as the default time zone for your account.

Change your timezone

  1. Next to Timezone, select Edit
  2. From the Timezone dropdown, select your preferred time zone
  3. Select Save

Address collection

Before you start

The zip code only setting is only available for US donations and is not recommended for organizations that have a lot of international donors.

Changes to this setting will apply only to newly created campaigns.

You can choose how much address information to collect from your donors on Studio donation pages. Select Zip code only to give your donors a quick checkout experience and help reduce donation drop-off. If a donor pays with a digital wallet, the street address is provided by the 3rd-party processor either way. Changes to this setting will only impact new campaigns.

Important: Choosing Zip code only can break some integrations, because it will not capture the full address needed to compile mailing lists or sync to your CRM.

Tip: Turn this off if you want to send your own receipts to supporters.

Domain masking and custom favicon

Domain masking (a custom domain) lets you replace pro.gofundme.com in your campaign URLs with a domain of your choice. Many choose to replace the GoFundMe Pro domain with their website’s name to create a consistent branded experience for supporters.
