Troubleshooting
Here are some things to try if digital wallets aren't working:
- Double-check that you’re using the correct browser. For example, Apple Pay only appears when you’re using Safari and will not appear in Chrome.
- Make sure you’re signed into the appropriate account. For example, you’ll need to be signed in to your Apple account to use Apple Pay.
- Make sure that you already have a credit or debit card attached to your digital wallet. If you have not set up your digital wallet yet, the option will not appear.
- PayPal and Venmo will not appear if you are donating in a currency other than USD. Switch to USD to use these options.
- If the donation isn't processing, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies before attempting again.
