Edit recurring donation options
This article explains how to edit the recurring frequencies that supporters can choose from on your donation forms. To change the frequency of a supporter's donation, view our guide on editing recurring donations.
Recurring donations allow supporters to give on a regular basis. You can choose which frequencies are available to supporters.
- One-time
- Daily
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly (every 3 months)
- Semi-annually (every 6 months)
- Yearly (every 12 months)
Also, you can allow supporters to plan an end date to their recurring donations.
Edit donation frequencies
- Access the campaign you want to edit
- Select the Pages tab
- Select Donation Page
- Select the donation form on the canvas
- Toggle the frequencies on or off to suit your needs
- Set the frequency that displays by default
- Save changes to the page and publish when ready
Recurring end dates
Turn on Allow donors to select an end date on their recurring donation and it'll appear as an option for your donors.
How it appears
Once you save your recurring frequencies, they'll be available on your donation page.
Edit donation amounts
Define the donation amounts that appear for donors. We recommend using Intelligent Ask Amounts to help tailor custom amounts for each visiting supporter.
To set specific amounts instead, toggle off Intelligent Ask Amounts and make sure the Monthly option is turned on.

The frequencies you use will depend on your organization’s needs. However, we recommend leaving at least a few recurring frequencies enabled so you can recruit more recurring donors.
I use the Salesforce integration. Will recurring donations sync over as NPSP recurring donation records?
