Domain change guide
GoFundMe Pro will soon transition away from legacy Classy domains to streamline the experience for you and your donors.
GoFundMe Pro product URLs, login URLs, and campaign URLs that are not domain masked will automatically redirect to their new URLs. Additionally, donation receipts and notification emails to your supporters will come from @prosend.gofundme.com instead of @classy-mail.org.
Note: Domain-masked campaign URLs will not change.
What you need to do
We’re automatically redirecting all legacy classy.org URLs to their new GoFundMe Pro URLs to make this transition as seamless as possible. But, you may also need to take action to safelist the new URLs in your internal security and email settings.
Safelist domains
If you are a Classy Services user, please work with your external vendors to safelist the URLs below:
- pro.gofundme.com/services
- pro.gofundme.com/services/api
If your organization uses internal security settings (such as a VPN or firewall) that require new domains or URLs to be approved, we recommend coordinating with your IT team to add the following to your allowlist:
- pro.gofundme.com
- prosend.gofundme.com
- give.gofundme.com
- giving.gofundme.com
- promarketing.gofundme.com
- pro.gofundme.com/services
- pro.gofundme.com/services/api

Is domain masking changing as a result of the new URLs?
No, the domain masking process is not changing at this time. The DNS servers and the IP addresses they point to are also not changing right now.
API calls and webhooks use https://api.classy.org/oauth2/auth. Will this still be in use?
Yes, the API access to those routes would still be available.
Will any CSS classes that mention "classy" be replaced?
No, those will not change at this time.
Will embedded donation forms continue to use resources originating from sdk.classy.org?
Yes, that will not change.
Our IT team requires more specific safelisting details. Can you provide the dedicated IP addresses?
