Safelist email domains

If you’re not receiving receipts, notifications, or updates from GoFundMe Pro, you might need to safelist the following email domains in your email client’s safe sender list:

  • prosend.gofundme.com
  • promarketing.gofundme.com
  • gfmp.zendesk.com
  • renewal@gofundme.com

To access your email client’s safe sender list

Gmail

  1. Select the cogwheel at the top right to go to Settings > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses
  2. Select Create a new filter
  3. In the ‘From’ field, enter the domains listed above
  4. Select Create filter and make sure Never send it to Spam is checked

Outlook

  1. Select the cogwheel at the top right to go to Settings > Junk email
  2. Under Senders, add the domains above in the Safe senders and domains tab
  3. Save and exit the window

Yahoo

  1. Select the three dots on the left-hand side and select Settings
  2. Select Filters, then Add new filters
  3. For the Filter name, you can name it “GoFundMe Pro”
  4. Under Set rules, enter the following for the From dropdown:
    • Contains
    • Filter values: the domains listed above
    • For Choose a folder to move to, type in “Inbox” for the Folder name field
  5. Select Save

AOL

  1. Select Settings at the top right corner, then More Settings
  2. Select Filters, then Add new filters
  3. For the Filter name, you can name it “GoFundMe Pro”
  4. Under Set rules, enter the following for the From dropdown:
    • Contains
    • Filter values: the domains listed above
    • For Choose a folder to move to, type in “Inbox” for the Folder name field
  5. Select Save
