Archive or delete records
To delete or archive campaigns, templates, attendees, fundraising pages, or teams:
- Go to the item’s record page
- Select the three vertical dots in the header
- Select Archive or Delete
Difference between archive and delete
Deleting or archiving a record means it cannot be edited, restored, or otherwise managed.
Archive: You can only archive attendees, fundraising pages, and teams. Archiving a record will change its status to Archived, but you’ll retain it for future reference.
Delete: You can only delete campaigns and templates. Deleting a record permanently removes it, but transaction data will remain available in your reports.
Delete campaigns
To delete a campaign:
- In GoFundMe Pro, select Campaigns
- Select the campaign you want to delete
- Select the three vertical dots next to Edit campaign
- Select Delete Campaign
Archive attendees, fundraising pages, and teams
To remove an attendee or fundraiser:
- Go to their fundraising record
- Select the three vertical dots
- Select Archive Attendee, Fundraising Page, or Fundraising Team
The fundraiser's RSVP status will now appear Archived, ensuring a complete record of all registered fundraisers.
To remove these attendees from your reports, select RSVP Status and filter out Archived.
Important: You must remove or archive all of a team’s fundraising pages before you can archive that team.

Note for Live Events
Archived attendees and those marked as Not attending will still sync to your connected GoFundMe Pro Live Event. To remove an attendee from a Live Event, refund the transaction.
