Partner apps

Before you start

Your GoFundMe Pro account will need the Organization Administrator role to access Apps & Integrations.

A partner app is an app or integration that is developed, managed, and supported by a GoFundMe Pro partner. Explore and activate apps and solutions built by partners, complete with descriptions and product shots. Easily search or filter by solution type, enabled apps, and more, to quickly find what you are looking for.

Explore partner apps

Partner apps are available to all organizations and can be identified by the Partner label.

To find partner apps:

  1. In GoFundMe Pro, select Apps & Integrations > Explore
  2. Select the Partner filter

In the partner app, you can explore the benefits of the solution and learn more about how organizations like yours use it. Each partner app page also includes screenshots of the partner’s solution, and a link to the partner’s site to explore detailed information on how the solution works.

Activate partner apps

When you want to activate an app, onboarding will occur outside of GoFundMe Pro with the listed partner. Select Contact us on the page to contact the partner to start the onboarding process or to get more details.

Note: If your organization has already used the form to contact the partner, the last contact date will be shown beneath the Contact us button.

The form will prefill your name and email address based on your GoFundMe Pro admin profile. You can input different contact details if desired, and optionally provide more information to the partner.

Once you submit the form, GoFundMe Pro and the partner will be notified of your interest and will follow up with you for next steps.

Important: Once a partner app is activated, your organization should communicate directly with the partner for app management and support.

Once you’ve connected your GoFundMe Pro account to a partner app, you can use the toggle in the Preferences section so it appears in Active Apps.

Note:This is optional and has no impact on the partner app’s functionality.

What is a “partner app”? How are they different from the other apps in Apps & Integrations?

A partner app is an app or integration that is developed, managed, and supported by a GoFundMe Pro partner. Our partners provide solutions and expertise that extend the value of the GoFundMe Pro platform, so you can connect with the apps you need most.

Partner apps are different from solutions that GoFundMe Pro develops and manages (sometimes called “native apps” or “native integrations”), because the partner creates the solution and provides direct support for it, not GoFundMe Pro.

The developer of the app is indicated under the app name. For example, the native Zapier app is “by GoFundMe Pro,” whereas the partner app Rally Platform is “by Rally Corp.”

When you connect your account with a partner app, you need to communicate directly with the partner for app management and support.

What can I do with a partner app in Apps & Integrations?

The functionality will depend on the partner app. Each partner app contains details where you can read about the solution and take the next step.

I'm not seeing my Partner App in the Active Apps section. What do I do to get it to display?

First, check that the app is marked active using the toggle in the Preferences section on the partner app page.

On the Active Apps page, check that the Partner apps toggle is on. Please note that switching it to off hides partner apps in the Active Apps view, and has no impact on partner app functionality.

How do I get support for a partner app?

Once a partner app is activated, your organization needs to communicate directly with the partner for app management and support. GoFundMe Pro Care will not be able to provide support or troubleshooting.

I’m looking for a specific partner app but don’t see it in Apps & Integrations.
