Sponsors on Live Events

Sponsors let you add and display your event’s supporters or supporting organizations. To display Sponsors on your event page, go to Event Page and toggle on Show Sponsors

For virtual and hybrid events, you can also add sponsors to the Virtual Expo and showcase them in your Virtual Venue.

Add sponsors

  1. In your Live event, select Sponsors
  2. Select Add Sponsor
  3. Choose the Sponsorship Type, add their name, logo, about section, and social links
  4. Select Save

Note: To change the Sponsorship type categories, go to Sponsor’s Settings tab to edit, delete, or add categories.

Sponsorship settings

Under the Settings tab, you can add, edit, delete, or reorder the Sponsorship Type categories.

These categories appear above your Sponsor cards on the Event Page. When you add or edit a category, you can enter the name, color, and order. The Sponsor cards will appear in numerical order based on their sponsorship type’s order number.

The sponsor cards appear on your Event Page when toggled on in your settings.

Visiting attendees can select a card to learn more about the sponsor and access their social media accounts.
