Virtual expo on Live Events

Virtual Expo lets you add and display your event’s sponsors, programs, or beneficiaries at your virtual event. To access the Virtual Expo, make sure you have Virtual Venue toggled on in your Event Details.

Add booths

  1. In your Live Event, select Virtual Expo
  2. Select Add Booth
  3. Enter the name, logo, background image, about section, location, and any social links
  4. Select Save

To edit or delete existing booths, select the Actions drop down and choose Edit or Delete.

Add to your virtual venue

Attendees will access your Virtual Expo through the Left Sidebar of your Virtual Venue. To add a link to your Virtual Expo:

  1. In your menu, select Virtual Venue
  2. Scroll down to Left Sidebar
  3. Choose one of your link cards
  4. Edit the label, icon, and type for your virtual expo
  5. Toggle on
  6. Select Save

Attendee view

When attendee’s enter your virtual venue and visit your virtual expo, they can tour the booths you’ve added and select a booth card to find out more about the supporter, beneficiary or organization.
