Manage your billing info

In your account’s Billing settings, you can find and manage information related to your billing contact, plan details, donor covered fees, payment history, and transaction fees.

To access billing:

1. In the GoFundMe Pro menu, select Settings
2. Select Billing

Add or edit payment method

To add or edit your payment method, select + Add payment method or Change within the Plan details card.

Your payment method is how you’ll pay your subscription and transaction fees. GoFundMe Pro accepts bank transfers and credit cards as payment methods. When you add a payment method, it won't be charged right away.

View plan details

Your Plan Details include information about your organization’s GoFundMe Pro subscription, including:

• Renewal date - the date your GoFundMe Pro subscription is set to renew
• Payment Method - the method your organization uses to pay your subscription

Edit billing contact

Your bill-to contact is whom we’ll email for any billing needs for your account. To update your billing contact information, select Edit.

View transaction fees

The Billing page also displays your GoFundMe Pro platform fee, optional add-on rate, and processor fees.

If you use a payment solution other than GoFundMe Pay, you’ll need to enter your processing fees in your Donor covered fee settings to calculate fees when donors choose to cover them.

Edit donor covered fee settings

Donor covered fees let supporters help cover the cost of transaction fees. When a supporter chooses to cover fees, their total will automatically increase to cover your organization's platform fee, processing fees, and add-on rate.

Select Edit to adjust the optional add-on rate (up to 5%).

You must also enter your agreed-upon processing fees if you use a payment solution other than GoFundMe Pay.

Download invoices

Your Payment History displays and provides access to your GoFundMe Pay invoices. Under the Invoice column, select the Download PDF icon to download a copy of the specific invoice.
