Rebranding guide

This guide walks you through the steps needed to update your GoFundMe Pro account and campaigns during a rebranding process. From organization settings to campaign details, follow these instructions to ensure all aspects of your account reflect your new brand.

Account

First, go to GoFundMe Pro and select Settings. Then, update the following:

Organization

• Account name (usually your organization's name)
• Primary email address
• Organization website address
• Domain masking
• Favicon

Billing

• Billing name (if it includes your organization’s name)

• Billing email address 

Admins

• Add or re-add admins with updated email addresses

• Remove any old admins or admins with outdated email addresses

Branding

• Update all branding assets (these are visible on supporter pages)

Supporter Center Settings

• Replace the Hero Image that appears at the top of the Supporter Center

Campaigns

Then, go to your transacting campaigns and update the following:

About

• Campaign name
• Campaign contact
• Redirect URL

Theme

• Header logo
  • Logo link
• Footer logo
• Colors
• Typography

Design

1. Go to the Pages tab
2. Use the designer to update:
   • Images
   • Any text related to your branding

Emails

1. Go to the Emails tab
2. Select Settings and theme to update:
   • Header logo
   • Colors
   • Typography

Then, review any automated emails like receipts to ensure they match your updated branding.

Updates that need GoFundMe Pro Care help

Some branding updates require help from the GoFundMe Pro Care team. We're happy to help and here is a list of what we can change and what we need:

PayPal business name

• Share the new name for your organization and we can help you update it.

Default Reply-to email address

• The default reply-to email address for emails in campaigns is the email you use to log in to your GoFundMe Pro account. This email is used as a default for your organization level notifications.
