Search for recurring giving plans

Open the recurring giving tab

Click on Recurring Giving in your main menu to open the Recurring Giving Plan. From there you can use the filter and search tools explained in the following sub-sections to find a particular recurring giving plan.

Campaign drop down

Use the campaign drop down to show all recurring giving plans associated with anyone specific campaign. Click on the ‘All Campaigns’ dropdown to be given the option to either select a specific campaign or type the campaign’s name into the search field directly.

Once you filter by a specific campaign using one of the two methods above, the listing will update to include only recurring giving plans within that single campaign.

Plan status dropdown

Use this drop-down menu to display all recurring giving plans currently within a given status or groups of multiple statuses.

• Active: Recurring donations will continue to process as scheduled
• Failing: Last transaction was unsuccessful. Review the last transaction record for details.
• Suspended: Three failed attempts occurred in a row, no attempts will be automatically triggered in the future. Will attempt to transact again if payment information is updated.
• Canceled: The recurring giving plan was previously canceled by the donor or administrator. 

Search bar

The search bar within the recurring giving tab can be used to search for a specific Recurring ID, individual supporter’s name, the benefiting campaign, or the email address associated with the recurring giving plan.
