GoFundMe Pro Academy

GoFundMe Pro Academy is our resource center where you can grow your knowledge in GoFundMe Pro features and fundraising best practices. In GoFundMe Pro Academy, you'll find online courses, live trainings with GoFundMe Pro Coaches, and video tutorials.

How to log in

GoFundMe Pro Academy is currently separate from your GoFundMe Pro admin account. However, we recommend using the same email address that you use to log in to GoFundMe Pro.

To access courses and trainings in GoFundMe Pro Academy, you will need to create an account. To do so, select Sign in on the home page and then Sign up to provide your information and password.

Claim your account

New customers are automatically enrolled in one of our trainings and assigned an account with their organization's email. To access your account, first reset your password and then sign in with your credentials.

Troubleshoot joining webinars

If you're having trouble joining a live training session, try the following:

• Confirm you're logged into GoFundMe Pro Academy: If you're logged in, you'll have a profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  
   
• Log out and log back in: If you've confirmed you're logged in and the webinar is still not working, try logging out and back in. You can always reset your password to regain access if needed.
   
• Check the session start time: The registration button for the live training will change to a Launch Zoom button when the training starts. If the session has started and the button is inactive, then refresh the page.
