Customize the Supporter Center

When supporters donate to organizations on GoFundMe Pro, we create an account for them and from that account, they can access their Supporter Page. The page allows supporters to view their donation history, resend their receipts, and manage recurring donations and fundraising pages.

Edit the Supporter Page

To customize your organization's Supporter Page:

1. In your account, select Settings
2. Select Supporter Center Settings

Then, select Edit to change the Hero Section and your Preferences. In this section, you can:

• Add a hero image
  • For best quality, use a 1184px by 265px image
• Add a headline message
• Choose whether to display donation statistics
  • These include current-year giving, all-time giving, and all-time fundraising
• Let supporters download annual tax summaries of their receipts

How do I view my changes?

To view your changes:

1. Select your profile dropdown in the header of your account
2. Select My Profile to open your personal supporter account
3. Under Organizations I’m Supporting, select your organization

Can I make changes later?

Yes, you can make changes at any time.
