Live Events support

Live Events customers can contact our Care team for support via chat or email during our scheduled hours.

If you need additional help on the day of your event, we offer virtual technical support and work with trusted partners to provide on-site support.

Virtual support

Live Events customers can also purchase dedicated virtual support from the Live Events Care team. One pre-event call is included, during which a Care agent will review your event details, provide light training for staff, and answer any last-minute questions.

Note: The pre-event call must take place within two weeks of your event.

During the hours of your event, a Care agent will be available via a dedicated phone line to answer any questions and provide technical support. Outside of your event hours, the Care team is available via chat or email.

This additional support is available for purchase at $120/hour at a minimum of 4 hours per event. Please contact our Care team if you’d like to schedule this service.

On-site support

GoFundMe Pro works with preferred partners who specialize in day-of-event support, on-site event management, and best practices. Some of their tasks may include:

  • Pre-event run of show call
  • On-site fundraising technology support
  • Volunteer training
  • Registration and check-in
  • Bid support
  • Live auction management
  • Fundraising data entry
  • Guest check out
  • Post-event recap
