What are early access programs?

Early access programs are designed to test new products, features, or modifications of existing products. Each product may be defined as beta, lighthouse, pilot, limited release, early access, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description (“Beta Products”). Terminology refers to internal development stages and does not indicate feature completeness or future availability. In GoFundMe Pro’s programs, one or more of these Beta Products are being made available to select customers before general availability release.

While GoFundMe Pro tests such Beta Products before release, the functionality of the features may not be complete, and Beta Products could experience unknown bugs that may not be immediately addressed. GoFundMe Pro Beta Products may discontinue at any time, may never become generally available, and could remain in a beta phase unless otherwise specified by GoFundMe Pro. Participation in any early access program is subject to the GoFundMe Pro Terms of Service and any supplemental beta program terms that may apply. Availability and terms may vary by region to comply with local laws.

Early access program definitions

Alpha: Select customers are invited to explore and provide initial feedback on core functionality early in the development and validation process.

Closed beta: Access is only available to targeted customers who sign up, agree to beta-specific terms, and are selected to participate.

Open beta: Open access to a new product or feature that is still being tested or has planned enhancements before general availability (GA).

General availability (GA): Full release of a new product or feature made available and supported for all customers on the GoFundMe Pro platform.
