Use Rooms on the navigation menu to create, control and delete breakout and round table rooms.
Create a room
- Select Rooms in your navigation menu
- Select Add Room
Tip: To create a more interactive networking event, you can allow attendees to create their own room to connect with audio, video, and chat.
In the Create a Room form, you can add descriptions, toggle whether the room is moderated, cap the amount of participants, and upload images to change the look and feel of the room.
Select the checkbox to record any of your breakout sessions to be uploaded and used after the event or allow users to watch on their own time. These will appear in Recordings on your navigation menu.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can be in a room at one time?
There is no limit to the number of people who can watch a room. However, you can only have up to 20 active participants in a room, and if the session is being recorded, then the limit is 9 participants.
