Accessibility in Studio

Campaign Studio was built with accessibility in mind, so campaigns created with it are automatically easier for more donors to access and use. This helps more supporters have a positive experience when interacting with your campaigns or making a donation.

Below, you’ll find how Studio donation pages and embedded forms support different areas of web accessibility.

WCAG 2.2 compliance

Studio meets and maintains the industry standard of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 compliance at the AA level. WCAG guidelines are the main standard used by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to make sure digital products are accessible.

Staying compliant helps make sure our products are easy to use and welcoming for everyone, no matter their technology or ability.

Color contrast

Campaigns created on Studio meet guidelines to make sure content is easy to see and understand. It does not rely on color alone to show meaning, so the pages work for users with different vision needs and preferences.

Keyboard operable

Donor-facing pages and the campaign builder are built to accommodate users who rely on keyboard controls to navigate content online.

Responsive

Pages created with Studio are built for speed and respond quickly to user actions. They’re also fully responsive, so the layout and content adjust smoothly to fit any screen size.

Right now, admins can make changes to Studio campaigns on any device. But editing on a desktop provides the most accessible experience.

Screen reader compatibility

Pages created with Studio work well with screen readers, so users can access and interact with content using their preferred settings and devices. For example, we provide text alternatives to visual content and make sure interactive forms and inputs are operable.

Improvements and feedback

We are continually improving our accessibility coverage by conducting usability tests and welcoming user feedback.

Please leave us feedback so we can help meet your needs or learn more about other assistive technologies.
