Export or share a report
Export a report
You can export any report in GoFundMe Pro as a .CSV file. To do so:
- Select the Export icon on the page
- Select the time zone you want the data to display in
- Select Start Export
Share a report
You can also share a link to your report. Note that whoever you share with will need the appropriate account permissions to view the report. To share a report so:
- Select the Share icon
- Copy the link to the report
- Share the link with team members

Combine GoFundMe Pro reports before importing
You can combine GoFundMe Pro reports before you import them into a CRM by using VLookups. Learn more about VLookups, with the guides below:
VLookups are available in other spreadsheet software, but we recommend Excel and Google Sheets if you’re new to the process. They both have large communities that have created additional support content.

How do I edit a saved report?
You can edit saved reports under My Reports. To learn more, view our article on editing reports.
Is it possible to automatically export a report on a schedule?
No, reports must be manually exported when needed.
Do saved reports update by themselves?
Yes, saved reports will display the latest data in your account. However, there are two exceptions:
- Reports with a specific date range will not display the latest data unless you update the date range.
- When you share a report via a link, the shared version will not update. To share the latest data, you'll need to select the share icon and send the link again.
