Manage group registrations

If you or someone you know purchased multiple tickets to an event hosted on Live Events, you may receive a link to help manage those registrations. With this link, you can assign or edit ticket details.

Assign and send tickets

To assign tickets:

  1. Go to the manage link shared with you
  2. Under Unassigned Tickets, select Assign Ticket

  1. Fill out the ticket details and save

Attendees will not receive any notification until you send them their tickets.

To send a ticket to the attendee's email address:

  1. Select the checkbox next to an attendee's name or Select All
  2. Select Send Ticket

Edit an assigned ticket

To edit an assigned ticket:

  1. Next to the ticket, select the three vertical dots
  2. Select Edit Details

  1. Edit the ticket details and save

These options also let you unassign, reassign, or send the ticket to the person's email address. If you added an attendee with placeholder information, you or that attendee can edit the information.

Note: You cannot edit the email address of an attendee who has event activity. If you need to edit this person's email address, please contact the organization hosting the event.

Invite someone to help

If you need help completing the ticket details or want to share this page with someone else, select + Invite someone to help, enter their name and email address, and send.

You can also copy and share the link with someone. They must also enter their name and email address to log in and manage the registration.

Tip: Using + Invite someone to help provides the individual with a direct link to the tickets and does not require them to log in.
