Create reports for the Facebook integration
Create the report
- Select General Reports in your GoFundMe Pro account menu
- Select Recommended Reports
- Select the Facebook Transactions report
Note: The Facebook Transactions report will not show under Recommended Reports until an organization has had their first Facebook transaction.
Once you select the report, your Facebook integration transactions will display. You can see Facebook-specific information in the following columns:
- Facebook Transaction ID - The ID number Facebook assigns to a transaction.
- Facebook Donor ID - The ID Facebook assigns to a donor when they submit a donation.
- Facebook Fundraising Page ID - The ID number assigned to a Facebook Fundraising Page when it’s created.
- Channel integrations - The Channel column shows whether a donation was processed through Facebook or GoFundMe Pro. By default, this column will contain “Facebook”, because the report filters for Facebook transactions.
You can customize your report by setting a date range or adding additional filters and columns. If you want to see just the donations associated with a Facebook integration campaign, add the filter Fundraising Page ID is not blank. Once you’re done customizing, you can save or export the report.
Tip: If the Facebook Fundraising Page ID associated with a donation in the report is 123456789, you can go to facebook.com/123456789 and view the Facebook fundraiser where the donation was made.
Save the report
To save your report, select Add to My Reports. You can access the report you save at any time by selecting General Reports and My Reports in your account menu.
To export the report by selecting the Export Icon at the top-right of the report.
View Facebook integration information in other reports
You can also view Facebook integration data in other reports. To do so:
- Access a report (Example: the Transaction History report)
- Select Columns
- Scroll to the Channels section
- Mark the checkboxes for the Facebook columns you'd like to see
Note: The Facebook columns will only appear if they are applicable to a report. For example, the Facebook Transaction ID column is not available in a Campaigns report, because a Campaigns report does not display individual transaction info.
