Mailchimp integration
If you don’t have a Mailchimp account, you’ll need to create one first. Once you have a Mailchimp account, you’ll also need to copy down your Mailchimp API key.
Mailchimp is an email marketing tool that allows its users to create and send beautifully branded emails while managing sophisticated contact lists. With GoFundMe Pro’s Mailchimp integration, you can allow your GoFundMe Pro contacts to flow automatically into Mailchimp.
Mailchimp API key
To set up your Mailchimp integration with GoFundMe Pro, you’ll need a Mailchimp API Key. We recommend creating a unique API Key for GoFundMe Pro.
What should I name my API key?
Your API key name should be descriptive, but difficult to guess. For example, the name "GoFundMe Pro API Key" may be descriptive, but it is too easy to guess and not secure. The best names are unique, identifiable, and secure.
