Salesforce base (NPSP) integration reports

Before you start

We're currently experiencing an issue with reports populating in the GoFundMe Pro Control Panel V2. You can also find our reports by following these steps:

  1. Open the App Launcher and search for and select Reports
  2. Select All Folders
  3. Select Classy Reports

Use a template (Recommended)

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. Select the App Launcher
  3. Search for and select GoFundMe Pro Control Panel V2
  4. Select Reports

Under the Reports tab, you can access your Salesforce integration reports. By default, there are a few recommended reports you can use as templates. We recommend starting with these to ensure you are not missing any necessary criteria for data accuracy.

Once you select a template report, you can see relevant data, add filters, and save or export a copy.

Note: The Classy - Top 25 Donors and Classy - Desktop vs. Mobile reports have been deprecated and are no longer supported by the integration.

Build a report from scratch

You can also build a Salesforce report with GoFundMe Pro data from scratch. The templates in the previous section save most people time, but building from scratch is available if you prefer creating reports from the ground up.

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Select New Report
