Delete a campaign

Once you delete a campaign, it cannot be recovered. However, the transaction data is still accessible in your reporting. GoFundMe Pro keeps the transaction data to ensure you have a complete history of the transactions you process on GoFundMe Pro.

To delete a campaign:

  1. In your account menu, select Campaigns
  2. Select the campaign you want to delete
  3. Select the three vertical dots next to Edit campaign
  4. Select Delete Campaign

If you delete a campaign, you cannot access it again. Once you delete it, the page may take a few seconds to update. We recommend refreshing the page to view the campaign’s updated status.

Note: Recurring giving plans will remain active after a campaign is deleted. The plan can continue to process or you can move it to another campaign.
