Reset your password
For organization admins
Either send these instructions to your supporters or reset their passwords by going to their Supporter record and selecting Send password reset.
If you forget your password, sign in using a Magic Link or request a password reset.
Important: Only three resets can be sent daily to the same email address. After three attempts, you must wait 24 hours to send another reset email.
Sign in with a magic link
If you don’t remember your password, you can sign in with a password-free sign-in link sent to your email.
- Go to the login page
- Select Get Magic Link
- Go to your email and open the message with the subject Sign in using a magic link
- Select Sign in
Reset password
Tip: Before resetting your password, verify that the correct email address and password are being entered. Also, make sure passwords are not outdated if they are saved on your device.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email
- Select Send
If an account is linked to the email, you'll receive an email with a link to Reset Password.
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t get the email in your inbox. We also recommend searching for the subject line, Reset Your Password. If you still can’t find the email, contact the organization.
