Invite fundraising team members
Open your editor
- Visit your team fundraising page and log in
- Once you're logged in, tap on the Manage button
Invite your team member
- Once the editor is open, select Emails > Recruit new teammates
- Click Copy Message to copy the invite message
- Paste the message into an email and send it to the person you want to invite
Tip: If you want to customize the message, simply start typing in the text block. Just make sure to keep the link to your team page. You may also consider sending them our guide for joining a team.
We’ve found that email invites are one of the more effective and personal ways to recruit new team members. However, you can always copy the message and send it through text or social media.
View your teammates
Once someone accepts your invitation and sets up a fundraising page, they'll appear in your Teammates list. This list contains all your current team members. To view your list:
- Click Teammates in your team page editor
- Scroll to the bottom to view your teammates
From here, you can click on a teammate's profile picture to visit their fundraising page. You can also mark the check boxes to access their email addresses.
If you need help moving a teammate to another team or removing them, please contact the organization you support.
