How to add a prerecorded video to a crowdfunding campaign
- Open the crowdfunding campaign and select Landing Page
- Select Upload an Image in the Featured Media section
- Select the Video tab
- Paste a link to the video
Tip: You can also disable the Featured Media section and add video to another section of your page. To do so, skip to and follow the instructions for Peer-to-Peer, Registration with Fundraising, and Ticketed Events below.

Any tips or best practices?
We recommend testing live video before and on the day of your livestream event. It also helps to have a backup plan in case you run into any potential technical issues from a weak Internet connection to a sudden need to reschedule. While the risk for things like this is often low, it always helps to be prepared.
Why can’t I watch my video in full screen?
In the featured media section, videos uploaded on Vimeo cannot open in full screen. A workaround is to upload your video as a custom text block or upload your video to YouTube instead.
Can I upload Youtube Shorts to my campaign?
Yes, however, you'll need to use an embed code and place it directly in your text block. To find an embed code of your Youtube Short video:
- Right-click on the video
- Select Copy Embed Code
